Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note that we cannot modify or cancel orders once they've been processed. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at [email] and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Hydra+19 products. If you're not satisfied, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll cover return shipping for defective or damaged items, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.

To initiate a return, email us at [email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return authorization. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return and will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
